We currently have 5 rooms available for September 2016 from 235 pcm, although current tenants have first refusal. Please contact us if you need any information. Our Swansea student accommodation house for rent is located in Norfolk Street, Mount Pleasant, Swansea, South Wales, it can be rented as a complete house for group of friends or as individual rooms for single students needing comfortable digs. Each room has laminate flooring, bed, desk, UPVC double glazed window, wardrobe, smoke alarm and is centrally heated with economical gas fired combi bolier.

The house is for student accommodation only and is very close to UWTSD, the town centre is within walking distance, with shops, clubs, bars and pubs. Due to the proximity of University of Wales, Trinity St David (UWTSD) Swansea Metropolitan University there are a large number of students living in digs in this area. There are several convenience stores and takeaway's frequently used by students and residents alike in the Mount Pleasant area.

Our Swansea Student accommodation is a terraced house with five bedrooms, it has a shared kitchen, shared bathroom with bath and shower, it has separate WC also to meet the local council licensing requirements. If the house is taken by a group of four the 5th room can be converted to shared lounge. The rooms are large or medium. The Student house has a paved rear garden with a brick built "shed", there is a small front garden and on street parking.

This Swansea student house was completely renovated in 2007 with all new appliances and furniture. As required for student accommodation in this area the house is fitted with fire doors, extinguishers and hard wired smoke alarms. The student accommodation is light spacious and comfortable, it was originally refurbished for our son who was a student at the Swansea Metropolitan University. Our Swansea student accommodation house is redecorated each year after tenants leave, so it is ready for new student arrivals each September. All rooms have adequate electrical sockets The house meets or exceeds local council regulations in regards to safety and has fire, carbon monoxide and smoke alarms.

There is on street parking available for students, however some areas are reserved for residents parking. For students without their own transport, the city of Swansea is served by public transport, including road and rail. Cardiff International airport is approximately 40 miles East of Swansea.

University of Wales Trinity St David offer a wide range of courses to students including Motorsport Engineering, Tourism, Art and several others, we welcome students studying in any of these courses. Sorry the house is only available to students.
